Evaluation and treatment of common, non-emergency health concerns such as cold and flu symptoms, allergies, urinary symptoms, minor skin conditions, and other conditions appropriate for telehealth.

Behavioral Health Support
Evaluation, follow-up, and medication management for select stable concerns, including anxiety and depression, when appropriate for primary care and telehealth. This service is not intended for psychiatric emergencies or crisis care.

Medical Weight Management
Individualized assessment and ongoing medical support, including nutrition and lifestyle guidance, medication options when clinically appropriate, and progress monitoring.

Chronic Condition Management
Ongoing care for select stable conditions such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and high cholesterol, including medication review, monitoring, and follow-up when appropriate for telehealth.

Before You Register

Core Healthcare serves patients physically located in Florida, Washington, or Arizona at the time of their visit. Licensing is based on where you are during the appointment, not where you live.

Registration takes just a few minutes through our secure patient portal. You'll create an account, share your health history and current medications, and choose an appointment time. Payment is collected when you book.

This is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance, and fees are listed upfront.
